About the event
Join us for a Winter Solstice celebration as we honour the return of the light on the year's longest night. We will have an energizing yoga flow to awaken and welcome new light within, followed by an hour break for tea and peaceful craft. We'll end with a deeply restful yoga nidra to release, renew, and set intentions for the season ahead. We can step into in the next year refreshed ready to take on 2025.
