JIVAMUKTI PILGRIMAGE WITH FAYE

These monthly 3hr Jivamukti Pilgrimages at beautiful Vida Haus are an opportunity for us to dive into a practice and take ‘A Pilgrimage Home’ a journey to a remote part of the Self. These workshops act as little passage ways for investigating the Self & opportunities to develop a greater understanding of our inner workings via the many tools of yoga, to find a home in the physical body that we inhabit for a short time and to face the truth in every moment no matter how hard that truth may be, trusting in the ever changing, unfolding journey of life. Each journey has a different theme, intention, playlist & practice.

Our reverence for life is rooted in our pledge to cause the least amount of harm to Mother Earth, to all earthlings, plant kingdom, the air, the space  - to keep it free from pollution, suffering and pain  to the best of our ability. We take the steps we can when we can. We are not perfect and we don't try to be. We are simply in the present moment. Seasons, Moon and Sun guide us along our journey of deep listening and caring. Transformation happens through motion to arrive at stability and stillness.  Â
