About Sally
"I first came across tuning forks sound therapy during a severe bout of hay fever. After a taster session, I didn’t sneeze at all the following day. However, my questioning brain thought the improvement was probably down to a change in atmosphere. But it was enough for me to investigate further. I discovered the INNER SOUND system of sound therapy eight years ago and was so impressed by the effect it had upon me I decided to train to become a sound therapist. In 2016 I completed the basic training and in 2020 I became an advanced practitioner."
About the tuning forks
INNER SOUND tuning forks is all about relaxation. The sweet sound of the forks encourages the body and mind to switch off and unwind, allowing it to re-balance and heal. Tuning forks sound therapy can help release stored emotional memories, aid a good night’s sleep, alleviate stress, reduce anxiety, relieve pain and help gain mental clarity. As sound travels faster through liquid than air, it is able to penetrate to a deep level travelling through the connective tissue to cellular level.
