About the event
Basic house plant care : watering , what makes them flower, repotting/ dividing and feeding. Favourite house plants in focus as an example: monstera deliciosa (swiss cheese plant) , phalaenopsis ( moth orchids ) , succulents. The workshop is designed to explain/ demonstrate what to do with your houseplants  to make them last and thrive in your home . We will go step by step  from how and when to water to how and when to repot plants . What to do with orchids when they  are not flowering and how not to “kill the succulents with too much love “ Will talk about feeding plants and products to use . Positioning plants at home and choosing the right plants for your space .
Our workshop will be presented by Olga Skavos.
Olga is a gardener and a floral artist. Â Her floral designs are all unique and made sustainability , where a lot of materials come from her garden in Suffolk or locally foraged with respect to nature resources.Â
Olga has a great passion for growing tropical plants herself and this reflects in her work. She looks forward to sharing her skills and knowledge with you.
