Monday Herbal Discussion Morning - Our Way with Herbs

Join herbalist Dave Bescoby for an hour of herbal discussion at the Vida Haus on Monday 13th November at 10.30 am.  We would gather at First Coffee Shop in Vida Haus for a cup of brew and a discussion of the herb allies. This month we’ll focus on seasonal immunity and ways of supporting our immune system through the forthcoming season of winter along with useful remedies for seasonal maladies such as coughs, colds and flu. These monthly gatherings are aimed at anyone interested in sustainable plant-based medicines, providing a friendly and informative space to share and discuss ideas, experiences and all things herbal.
