As the harvesting season commences, Mother Durga and Lakshmi is welcomed to the earth during the month of October, to bestow us with their blessings. The festival of Durga Puja symbolises victory of good over evil and Mother Lakshmi is the embodiment of wealth of purity, happiness and prosperity.

Join the celebration of this occasion by uniting with Nature, bringing the wealth of purity and prosperity in our being.

The feminine aspect of energy known as Shakti, exists in our Nature in tangible and intangible form. This ever changing Nature is continuously moving and evolving, generating light and darkness in cyclical manner. Acknowledging the existence of this cyclical light and darkness in our being, empowers strength to attain victory on our negativity giving passage for the positivity to flow. This essence of inexhaustible sweet victory brings about eternal joy.

Our intention in this workshop will be to unite with Nature and harvest the profound happiness of being close to the Durga Power and Lakshmi Purity.

What to expect We will and empower ourselves with Durga resoluteness and strength through Vinyasa flows and ac:vate Lakshmi purity through Yin Yoga. We will immerse ourselves in this Yin-Yang prac:ce with chan:ng mantras, pranayama (breathing techniques) and medita:on.
