Connecting with Elderflower
Join us for this workshop Connecting with Elderflower on Saturday 20th May 13.00-15.00. Connect with and explore this important native herb that will soon be blooming in the hedgerows. There will be a guided elderflower herbal tea tasting followed by a short talk covering the history, folklore, medicinal and food uses of elderflower and time for open sharing and questions. This session also covers how to collect and use elderflower to make delicious recipes and simple remedies. Recipe and information sheets including an elderflower meditation guide will be available to take away.
