What to expect Activating the vortex of energy at the Heart region of our body through chan,ng mantras, pranayama (breathing techniques), asanas (postures) in vinyasa flows and medita,on. Heart is known as the seat of love and devo,on, thus our inten,on is develop the unselfish love and devo,on, bringing joy and contentment in our day-to-day lives.
What to bring to class Essentials: Yoga mat Optional: Yoga bricks/blocks, straps, blankets, cushions and bolsters.
Who is this class for: This class is for everyone at all levels as we are going to use lots of supports and options.
