Service Description
This short course is for those who have had some experience of meditation or not yet started but who are looking for calmness and peace of mind as well as gaining more control of their lives. Over the five weeks, we will look at the practice of meditation and how it affects daily life, and how to establish the good habits of mindfulness. After the five week course, students may continue in the group building regularity and strength in their practice. This course will be tutored by John Mercer who has more than 40 years of practicing and teaching meditation.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 12 hours in advance. For facial reflexology and all other treatments (including any yoga/pilates/dance workshops) please contact us with any changes/cancellations at least 48 hours in advance - that gives us a chance to fill your spot. Payment for the service is expected if you cancel less than 48 hours prior to your appointment. In case we need to cancel to reschedule we would contact you as soon as possible to reschedule in mutually convenient time and no payment will be expected (in case you have already paid for a workshop/service , you will be given an option for a refund).
