Wicker Basket Weaving with Femke

Join Femke for a inspiring day weaving your own egg collecting basket, just in time for Easter. 

With its lovely spiralling base, the techniques used for this small round berry picking style basket can be extended to other sizes and styles of basket.

There will be a range of willow available to use in different colours and you will learn about grading willow and picking the right ones for your basket as well as how to put on a handle and apply different types of randing for the top.
