Let's celebrate the dance of Life together in a sacred circle. Plant the seeds of yourself and where you are going NOW.

We will open our day with the finest Guatemalan Ceremonial Cacao, setting our intentions and sharing in Ceremony. The energy of Cacao can be so supportive in allowing us to feel a deeper presence within our bodies, to descend into the womb, the hips. To tap into our creative flow and create freedom with movement. We dance through any resistance, not from our heads but from the deepest depths of our body... we listen and we let her guide us. Our bodies hold so much wisdom; the more we sway, circle, unbind and unwind the more we unlock and release. We would learn ancient pranayama (breath practices) to tap into and increase our life force, we would balance out our physical, mental, emotional, spiritual bodies with a sacredly sequenced yoga practice and come into a deep listening state to observe and tap into our inner wisdom. We will work with the playful, loving energy of Cacao to dance, drum, sing and share in sacred circle.

We would share delicious, nourishing vegan food and welcome the union within and without.

You can bring your own mat, bolsters, cushions, blankets, your favourite mug and may be a sacred crystal you hold dear, bring something to add to the collaborative altar. There would be drums provided but if you have your own, please feel free to bring it along. We have plenty of blankets, mats and bolsters to accommodate as well.
