Monday Herbal Discussion Morning - "Release"

Join herbalist Dave Bescoby for an hour of herbal discussion at the Vida Haus on Monday 11th December at 10.00 am.  

This month we’ll be discussing medicine for mid-winter as we approach the darkest part of the year, a time of reflection, transformation and of course feasting!  What useful winter herbs are growing in your garden and in the slumbering land beyond? Herbs like rosemary, bay and horse radish can help us in many ways, from easing stiff joints and winter blues to relieving the effects of the season’s indulgences.  These monthly gatherings are aimed at anyone interested in sustainable plant-based medicines, providing a friendly and informative space to share and discuss ideas, experiences and all things herbal.
