Come gather round our candlelit circle at this special time of year to discover and connect with some important native herbs traditionally associated with Samhain. Some of these herb allies are still used today by current medical herbalists.
Herbalist Rachel Bescoby will lead an exploration into the historical, folkloric and magical uses of some of the key herbs associated with Samhain including herbs such as Mugwort, Rosemary and Rowan. There will be a guided meditative tea tasting to connect with and learn from some of these powerful native herb allies that live quietly beside us. Attendees are invited to share their own Samhain plant stories and traditions. There will also be vegan cake to go with the tea tasting and a Samhain herbal gift to take home.
