Sound Medicine is a vast healing field, once embraced by the Ancients of Greece and Indian sages, and now employed by both holistic and allopathic practitioners in our cities today.

AromaSounds offers the union of sound vibrations, the high level frequencies of essential oils and gentle stimulation of energy flow in the body.

This modality not only relaxes both our nervous system and our brain waves, but it is also known that the pure sounds combined with essential oils open up awareness for deep shifts to occur throughout our physical & energy body.

Through these shifts, our body moves into self-healing mode and in this state, emotional, physical and energetic blockages may be released that support the rebalance of our wellbeing.

What you need;

• Anything to make yourself comfortable (I assume we will provide a yoga mat, bolster and blanket)
• An extra layer for warmth (as our body temperature lowers when we relax)
• To give themselves permission to take this time for themselves.

It is my duty as a health and wellbeing practitioner to outline any potential contraindications to receiving sonic crystal sound therapy - so please ensure we inform the guests of the following:

The transmission of pure resonance of Crystal Tones and sound vibrations of the Alchemy Crystal bowls may cause sensitivities for you if :

• You wear a hearing aid device
• You have metal implants
• You suffer with Epilepsy
• Or if you are in early stages of pregnancy.

A little about Lisa Pauley

Lisa is a Modern Holistic Practitioner - weaving physical, emotional, energetic & spiritual disciplines together, so to support her students and clients to live in the most congruent & vibrant way.

She has lived with a variety of colourful passions in her adult life; ranging from a Tibetan Buddhist meditation teacher; to a fashion stylist; a creative in a design firm; the owner of a pre-loved boutique, a communications lecturer and a shiatsu practitioner to name a few …

Lisa has been a dedicated spiritual practitioner since she was 14 years old, after discovering the impact and benefits of meditation at this early age. After years of studying within the Buddhist Mahayana tradition, she became a Hatha and Yin Yoga teacher, an Essential Oils AromaPoint practitioner and since 2017 an Alchemy Crystal Sound practitioner. In 2021 she became a Registered 1-1 Crystal Sonic Therapist with CMA Certification from the Crystal Sonic Practice School in London.

Nowadays, lisa lives a multi faceted life, sharing Aromatic Touch+ AromaSounds in 1-1 sessions and group immersions, along with guiding women to embrace and harness the wise woman gifts of menopause through her holistic menopause offerings.
