Every year on 21st June, we get to together to celebrate solstice and flow through the practice of 108 Sun Salutations. We would follow with 108 OMs and a Yoga Nidra accompanied by sound

About the event
This years' Soltice 108 will take place on the meadow (weather permitting). Please bring a small dish / treat/ snack to join in with at the end of our practice.Â
