Rachel practices Western Medical Herbalism and offers consultations providing individualised natural, gentle, holistic health support and bespoke herbal medicines. Herbalism can be used to effectively treat a wide range of health conditions for all body systems as well as mental and emotional wellbeing. It can also offer alternative support or additional support alongside conventional medicine for long term health conditions and during the many different phases in life when you might need a little extra help finding balance such as perimenopause and the menopause. Rachel uses an holistic approach to listen to you and assess your specific health needs and will work in partnership with you to address them. Treatment plans may involve nutrition and lifestyle advice as well as herbal medicines

Herbal medicines are made by Rachel in her professional herbal dispensary and are charged in addition to the consultation fees. For example, 100ml (about a week's worth) of a herbal tincture mix costs about £12.

Reiki
Rachel is a trained Reiki Master. Reiki is a complementary therapy originating from Japan that works with universal (rei) life force energy (ki). The main benefits of Reiki include deep relaxation and a feeling of inner calm and peace as inner harmony and balance are restored. This in turn can lead to reduced overall stress and anxiety, increased energy levels and have a positive impact on the body’s ability to heal from stress, injury or illness.
