1. Program Fees

• Early Bird Price: £2,750 (valid until 15 October 2025)

• Full Price: £3,350 (applies from 16 October 2025 onwards)

All prices are listed in GBP (£).

2. Deposit & Payment

• A non-refundable deposit of £500 is required at the time of booking to secure your place.

• The remaining balance must be paid in full:

  • Early Bird: by 15th October 2025

  • Full Price: no later than 8 weeks before the training start date

• Payment can be made by bank transfer or credit card (note: credit card transactions are subject to a 4% processing fee).

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• All payments (deposit + balance) are non-refundable.

• In the event of a government-mandated closure (e.g. lockdown, travel restrictions), your booking will automatically transfer to the next available training date or a credit note (valid for 12 months) will be issued.

• No refunds will be provided for non-attendance, illness, or personal circumstances.

4. Transfers

• Bookings are non-transferable to another person without prior written consent from Vida Haus.

• If you are unable to attend, you may apply your credit to a future Vida Haus teacher training (subject to availability and completion within 12 months).

5. Certification Requirements

To qualify for the Yoga Alliance 200HR Certification, students must:

• Attend all training hours in person.

• Complete all assignments, including reading, book reports, and homework (total of 25 hours).

• Participate fully in practicum teaching and mentorship sessions.

Failure to meet requirements may result in withholding certification.

6. Accommodation & Meals

• Course fees cover training, manuals, and teaching hours, smoothie breakfast and light lunch

• Accommodation and supper are not included in the course price.

7. Code of Conduct

• All participants agree to uphold the values of yoga, including respect, kindness, and inclusivity.

• Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in dismissal from the program without refund.

8. Liability

• Participants are responsible for ensuring they are fit to take part in intensive physical activity.

• Vida Haus and its facilitators are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during the training.

• Students must inform facilitators of any medical conditions prior to the start of the training.
