Tea Making Workshop with Rachel

Join herbalist Rachel Bescoby for a relaxed evening learning about the history, folklore, magical and medicinal uses of a number of herbs. You will discover the principles of blending herbs to make tea blends that are safe, effective and delicious and gain confidence in how to mindfully select herbs and create unique well-balanced tea blends to support your own emotional and physical wellbeing.

You will have the opportunity to create your own tea blend from a selection of herbs and take home a small pouch of the tea you have created, your mug from the workshop, a tea infuser and written information including recipes so that you can continue on your journey of herbal tea exploration.
