This workshop will show you how to reduce stress, release tension in the body, replenish your energy and enhance your overall well-being.


There are two keys areas that tension can sit in the body and cause chromic problems. These are in the neck and shoulders (often leading to persistent headaches as well) and tension in the hips and pelvis. 


Here are some of causes of tension in these areas. 


Tensions in the neck and shoulders is often caused any stress. 


When the body is stressed, muscles tense up. Muscle tension is almost a reflex reaction to stress—part of the body's "fight or flight" response. It is the body's way of guarding against injury and pain. With sudden onset stress, the muscles tense up all at once, and then release their tension when the stress passes.
