Become confident to attend any yoga class by learning the basics of Yoga poses and breathing techniques in this 6 week beginners course. Learn at a slower pace with beginners like you or come back to basics before resuming your regular Yoga practice. Practice at a slower pace in a safe environment where you re totally free to make mistakes, laugh, ask questions and learn in a relaxed environment. What this course covers: 1. Learn the ins and outs of some of the most basic and popular Yoga poses. 2. Get to know the famous sequence of Sun Salutation exploring different variations and progressing through them during the course. 3. Learn and practice breathing techniques such as the ujjayi breath, a pranayama used in most yoga classes. 4. Learn how to find a comfortable sitting posture to meditate and practice being still and quieting the mind through meditation. 5. Break the ice with chanting mantras and understand what they re all about. 6. Understand some of the different Yoga styles and how they may differ.

For facial reflexology and all other treatments (including any yoga/pilates/dance workshops) please contact us with any changes/cancellations at least 48 hours in advance - that gives us a chance to fill your spot. Payment for the service is expected if you cancel less than 48 hours prior to your appointment. In case we need to cancel to reschedule we would contact you as soon as possible to reschedule in mutually convenient time and no payment will be expected (in case you have already paid for a workshop/service , you will be given an option for a refund).
