Service Description

Emma is a Yoga Teacher trained in both Hatha and Yin styles. Her classes are designed to allow you to drop into your body with a mixture of breath work and movement. The class is a flow, designed to allow a seamless transition through the poses, empowering you to truly come into alignment. The sessions alway finish with meditation and relaxation, where you can really let go, complemented using essential oils to enhance your savasana.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 12 hours in advance. For facial reflexology and all other treatments (including any yoga/pilates/dance workshops) please contact us with any changes/cancellations at least 48 hours in advance - that gives us a chance to fill your spot. Payment for the service is expected if you cancel less than 48 hours prior to your appointment. In case we need to cancel to reschedule we would contact you as soon as possible to reschedule in mutually convenient time and no payment will be expected (in case you have already paid for a workshop/service , you will be given an option for a refund).
