Service Description

Mysore Style Class is the traditional way of teaching the Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, as taught by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois. In a Mysore class, everyone will be following their own pace in breath and practice allowing to grow slowly and add more to their personal practice in order to build a life-long sustainable dedication & consistence within their time on the mat. Even if you haven't quite memorised the sun salutations and the standing series we still encourage you to join this class. We would have sequence graphic print outs available and Billy (our Ashtanga instructor) will be present to help and guide you along the practice if you are unsure or forget the postures. The instructor will provide personal direction and advice that isn’t always possible in a group led class. Each person comes and starts and finishes their practice at their own time (within the time limits specified on the schedule).

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 12 hours in advance. For facial reflexology and all other treatments (including any yoga/pilates/dance workshops) please contact us with any changes/cancellations at least 48 hours in advance - that gives us a chance to fill your spot. Payment for the service is expected if you cancel less than 48 hours prior to your appointment. In case we need to cancel to reschedule we would contact you as soon as possible to reschedule in mutually convenient time and no payment will be expected (in case you have already paid for a workshop/service , you will be given an option for a refund).
