Steph's class combines contemporary foundations with fun dance movement at a gentle pace to create an accessible environment for everyone. Through simple technique exercises and freeing choreography, she creates a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere for all students who wish to get their bodies moving and flowing.

Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 12 hours in advance. For facial reflexology and all other treatments (including any yoga/pilates/dance workshops) please contact us with any changes/cancellations at least 48 hours in advance - that gives us a chance to fill your spot. Payment for the service is expected if you cancel less than 48 hours prior to your appointment. In case we need to cancel to reschedule we would contact you as soon as possible to reschedule in mutually convenient time and no payment will be expected (in case you have already paid for a workshop/service , you will be given an option for a refund).
